Firstly, you are required to load multiple PST files from their locations. The second step of the process allows you to choose the target folder and one of three, self-explanatory merging options, namely Join, Merge or Merge Contacts.
Please note that you still need to enter a PST and a Store name, in the lower sections of the main window, before you can proceed to the next step. The process is finalized when the both progress bars from the Merge Status stage are fully loaded, hence, if the process was successful, you should be able to find the resulting PST file in the location you've picked.
