The invoices can be customized by adding general data, such as a number, date, customer, address, discount, shipping info, and commercial data, namely details about the salesperson and commission, payment terms, and others.
Items can be added by specifying the code, description, category, vendor code, discount, price, cost, and others. You can add details about enterprises by specifying the code, name, address, tax rates and activities.
Moreover, the application offers users the possibility to create databases with information about customers, vendors, salespeople, as well as generate purchase orders.
The program generates reports for the invoices, purchase orders or vendors, and you can specify a start and end date. The reports can be printed, sent via email, or exported to HTML.
