WaIT (WAIT.EXE) is a very simple tool which waits for a given number of seconds, as command line parameter, or default 10 seconds. It displays the first 23 lines of 80 characters of the file WAIT.TXT. WaIT is freeware and can be used freely anywhere around the globe.
