It's quite surprising how many applications that you can find on the Internet, to help keep your life organized. One of them is Waste Not.
It's a nice software solution that allows you to keep track and monitor foods in your refrigerator to make sure you don't keep any expired food. It's small and neat with multiple tools and features that you can check out.

Simple and intuitive graphical interface

The application installs quickly and it doesn't come with a complicated setup that you would need to complete before you can actually use it.
It sports a neat and small graphical interface, but you can't make any changes to the layout or the theme. It would have been nice if it had some tips or instructions on how to use the program.

Keep track of food items easily

It launches with a database that you could use in order to monitor and keep track of food items. You can add the food item, expiration date, owner, share options or the freezer.
It doesn't have any limitations to the number of food items that you add to the database. It displays the date and time on the screen and it allows you to set a share percentage. You can remove items easily, so the database would only store foods that are still good to eat.

More features and tools

It allows you to edit the food list as well as the owner list inside the application. You can adjust some list options like the colors for food statuses. The foreground and background color can be adjusted, so that you would spot expired items easier.
It allows you to add or remove columns from the database, you can also export selected rows to the CSV file. All in all, Waste Not is a very useful application that helps you track and monitor the expiration date on your food items.
