Wedding Guest Database is an intuitive and approachable application that comes in handy when you want to keep an eye on which people are invited to your wedding, reception, and shower parties.

Can be used without prior installation

The app is wrapped in a clear-cut and plain interface displaying all the fields in plain sight, for a quick insertion. The navigational buttons help you to browse easily through the entries, and make further editing.
Thanks to its portability, it can be run directly from an external drive on any computer, to have the database with you, in any location.

Type in the required data for a complete form

To enter a new item, just fill in the shown info, like name, address, city, state, zip code, relation, party number, wedding, reception, and shower acceptance, along with seating arrangement, food choice, gift, and notes. In order for the changes to take place, you need to press the Add button.
It's possible to look for something on the Internet using the search bar, which, instead of finding items in the list, opens a new web tab, with the typed word. Plus, the tool doesn't come with a file list, to view all the contacts, and arrange them based on specific criteria (e.g. name, city, address).

Handy features that could've been implemented

Using the arrows positioned at the top of the panel or the previous/next options at the bottom, you can quickly navigate through the records.
Unfortunately, the export button is non-operational, making its purpose pointless, as it was the only way you could export your data. What's more, since there are no additional properties, you don't have the option to customize the interface, change its text style, or add new fields.

Taking everything into account, Wedding Guest Database is a plain and mediocre utility, designed to be a simple tool to insert and keep track of guests and the events they are invited.
