Weekly Planner for Excel

The free Weekly Planner for Excel is a simple spreadsheet template by Vertex42.com designed to help you print weekly planner pages on 8 1/2 x 11 paper. If you prefer paper planners over electronic gadgets, this may be the perfect solution to help you organize your week in a simple and efficient manner. Put the planner pages inside a normal inexpensive 3-ring binder, or put a copy on your fridge for the whole family to use. If you are familiar with Microsoft Excels print settings and page setup options, youll find that you can scale the weekly planner to be printed on other size paper as well. The design includes most of the common sections that you will find in other planners, such as sections for recording notes, important dates, prioritized tasks, appointments and projects. Because the planner is just a simple spreadsheet, you can change labels, change the hours listed (in case you are working a night shift for example), or make formatting changes. One of the advanced features is the ability to list annual events like birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays. Up to 3 events per day will be listed automatically in the planner (see the Help in the Events worksheet). * What this spreadsheet will NOT do: If you enter tasks or appointments directly into the planner, they wont change when you change the week.
