Window Pinner

Window Pinner is a tiny and portable piece of kit that lets you make any frame stay on top of other windows, as the name suggests. It can be handled by all types of users, even the ones with little or no experience with software apps.
Since installation is not a requirement, you can simply drop the executable file anywhere on the hard drive and run it immediately.
As an alternative, you can move Window Pinner to a USB flash drive or similar storage unit, in order to run it on any other computer.
What's more important is that the program does not work with the Windows Registry or leave files behind on the hard drive after removing it.
Upon deployment, Window Pinner creates an icon in the system tray area. Clicking it triggers a menu with all the active windows; thus, you can select any one of them to make it stay on top of other frames. In other words, Window Pinner can only process open windows. Deactivating their status is done in the same manner.
The small app is very light on the system resources, since it barely uses CPU and system memory. It has a good response time and immediately applies changes to the windows, without hanging, crashing or popping up error dialogs. On the downside, Window Pinner has not been updated for a very long time.
