Windows 7 Themes

Customizing the way Windows looks isn't such a difficult job, but Microsoft aims to make the task even easiler. Windows 7 Themes is a collection of official packs of images created specifically for the operating system mentioned in the name.
These are all extremely easy to install and customize through the simplistic Windows menus.
Among the twenty available themes, you can find beautiful scenery, impressive human-made structures and even animals. For instance, you can see butterflies, tan autumn leaves, nice German landscapes or mezmerizing pictures from Japan, just to name a few.
Each theme includes one or more photographs and have a customized color scheme to match the images. All the pictures have a high resolution, so they should look great on all desktops.
As all similar themes, these can be accessed through the Windows Desktop Background menu. If you don't want to display any of the pictures, then you can simply clear the checkboxes next to the images. Furthermore, it's possible to randomize the pictures by enabling the "Shuffle" option from the interface.
The way the pictures are positioned on the screen is also adjustable to one of the available presets, such as "Fill", "Fit", "Center", "Stretch" and "Tile".
The time delay before the images change is also adjustable to values between ten seconds and 24 hours.
All in all, Windows 7 Theme is a nice collection of images. Inexperienced users should find it easy to work with, thanks to the intuitive interface and the overall simplicity of the task.
