Regardless of the operating system one runs on their computer, everybody likes to add their personal touch to the workstation they use on a daily basis. Whether at home or at the office, users typically customize the look and feel of their PC, even if it is merely by replacing the default desktop wallpaper with another one.

As instructed within the included Readme text file, users need to extract the contents of the package to the Windows\Web folder, and merge the currently existing directory with the newly decompressed on. Once all the wallpapers have been copied, users will notice that new pictures have appeared in the "Windows Wallpapers" section of the "Desktop Background" page of the "Personalization" area.
After the images are located in the proper folder, one simply needs to navigate to their location and choose the wallpaper that suits their mood best. Considering people have numerous mood swings, the images are numerous as well, so that no matter the mood, one can always find a photograph to their liking.
Even though it is not a real customization tool for any computer, Windows Vista Starter Wallpapers can still change the appearance of a PC by adding it light, color and a feeling of relaxation.
