WinGuides Tweak Manager gives you the possibility to improve your computer, by tweaking several hidden options and system registries. It allows you to seamlessly optimize your operating system, by enhancing and securing most of its aspects, ranging from system files to accessibility and Internet connection.
The application helps you change certain hidden or less known options of your operating system, in order to optimize file and memory access. You can change the default save folder for a multitude of application, in order to have fast access to them. Furthermore, you can change the icons of certain programs, in order to match your preferences.
The program gives you the possibility to easily speed up certain processes, such as the menu appearance delay. This way, your menus will open faster and you will have instant access to your applications.
For computers that have multiple users, you can restrict each one’s access by only allowing them to run only certain applications, including the registry editor and other critical system files.
WinGuides Tweak Manager can clear memory and improve responsiveness, by automatically unloading DLL(Dynamic-Link Library) files from the system’s memory. This way, each library will be cleared from memory once you close the application that requires it.
Additionally, you can change a drive’s name and icon, restrict access to them, or set the application to automatically close hung applications on shutdown, so that you do not have to manually do it. You have the possibility to increase your Internet speed, by changing the number of simultaneous HTTP sessions, thus allowing you to open and maintain several webpages at once.
The application allows you to download additional tweaks from the dedicated website, in order to further improve your system.
