World Webcams Gadget

World Webcams Gadget is a desktop gadget that shows webcam captures from all over the world. It is very simple to work with, since it comes packed with a limited set of options.
The interface is based on a small frame that you can move to any location on the screen with the help of the mouse cursor. Unfortunately, you cannot enlarge its size.
By accessing the Options panel from the right-click menu, you can bring up a secondary panel where users may specify a time frame at which the webcam source shall change. It ranges from 5 seconds to 5 minutes.
It is not possible to manually cycle through these locations, though. On top of that, you cannot create an exclusion list. The location name is not shown in the main frame either, so there's no way of knowing it without accessing the developer's website.
Thanks to the Windows built-in features (which apply to all such gadgets), you can make the frame stay on top of other windows, as well as set its opacity level to a preset value, ranging from 20% to 100%.
As expected, World Webcams Gadget is not a burden to the computer's overall performance, since it barely uses CPU and RAM. It has a good response time and can be seamlessly accessed when working in other applications at the same time.
No error dialogs were shown in our tests, and the app did not hang or crash. However, some new features for making World Webcams Gadget more customizable are welcomed.
