XnRetro is a software application whose purpose is to help you enhance your photo quality by applying a wide range of special effects.

You can copy it on any USB flash drive or other devices, and take it with you whenever you need to edit your photos on the breeze, without having to go through installation steps.

Various special effects and excellent output results

XnRetro gives you the possibility to upload files into the working environment using the built-in browse button or “drag and drop” operations. It works with different file formats, such as BMP, CIN, DCX, EMF, GIF, ICO, PCX, PIC, MTV, MIF, JPG, IMG, and others.
The tool offers support for a wide array of special effects, which are grouped into three main categories, namely Retro, Light, and Vignette. Additionally, you may insert different frames.
Aside from the preset special effects, you can manually alter the image by adjusting the levels of brightness, contrast, gamma, exposure, saturation, RGB, noise, vignetting, and light opacity. You can easily tweak these parameters, thanks to the built-in sliders.
Last but not least, you can zoom in or out, rotate the picture to different angles, reset the current settings, use hotkeys for a better control over the entire process, switch to a full screen mode, and export the edited images to JPG or PNG file format.
During our testing we have noticed that XnRetro carries out a task quickly and without errors. It offers excellent image quality and remains light on system resources.
