XnView nLite Addon

XnView nLite Addon is a modern and intuitive program designed to help you browse the computer for your favorite images, apply corrections and filters to them and create beautiful slideshows and HTML albums. The utility can be used as a stand-alone tool or part of the nLite application.

Create HTML and contact sheets image collections

The interface is stylish and well-organized, structured into a folder tree, thumbnail list of all the contained pictures, and a preview panel. The toolbar packs the most useful functions.

Hide unwanted panels from view

All you have to do is browse the drive for the desired image directory. All the files are loaded and displayed in thumbnail mode. The view can be switched between icons, details or lists. In addition, the pictures may be stored by name, extension, date, type, size, ratio or rating.

Rate the currently viewed item and enter tags

From the "View" menu, you can also hide unnecessary panels, like tabs, toolbar or tree pane, add tags and a rating for the current image, and set the categories the item falls into, such as flowers, animals, travel or landscapes.

Make image corrections and apply effects

Double-clicking on a photo brings up the editor, where you have the options to convert the picture to binary or grey mode, resize, rotate and flip it. In addition, you can make adjustments (e.g. color, brightness, contrast, saturation) and apply filters (enhance, noise, edge, emboss, sharpen, swirl, tile, mosaic).

Generate executable slideshows

XnView nLite Addon lets you create unique slideshows with one or more photos by setting the display time, and selecting the transition effects, like cross, roll, slide, box or iris. Plus, the slideshow can be saved as an executable file.
You also have the option to generate webpages and contact sheets that can contain your preferred images by setting the template frame style, title, header, thumbnail dimensions, and the output folder.
