XPlica exports SharePoint libraries, folders, documents, version histories and metadata to the desired destination. XPlica supports both, SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and Windows SharePoint Services v2.0 environment. Export SharePoint files for online/offline viewing or backup/restore purposes. Selectively export folders, documents, versions and metadata. Sync documents between libraries without the need to backup and restore items. Preserve the source folder structure. Export each version of the document into a manageable folder structure in the file system. Export metadata into Comma Separated Values (CSV), MS-Excel (XLS), MS-Access (MDB) format for easy viewing, re-import to another DMS or in-depth analysis. Schedule the export tasks to run at off-peak hours.
