YASA VOB to AVI Converter

YASA VOB to AVI Converter is a tool with a pretty self-explanatory title. It can encode VOBs to files of other extensions, including AVI, MPEG and VCD.
The user interface of the program is easy to navigate through. You can open a VOB or IFO file by using the file browser (the "drag and drop" function is unsupported). In the list you can view the file name, output target, duration and destination file name.
Now you can configure inputting options which revolve around the video parameters (e.g. segments, camera angle, output frame rate), audio parameters (e.g. track or language) and others (you can select a subtitle).
After you select the output profile, you can choose the directory where the files will be saved, as well as edit the time stamp, copyright, title, author and comment.
You can also configure video options (e.g. codec, specification, bitrate, frame rate and size, aspect ratio, buffer size), audio options (e.g. codec, bitrate, quality, sample frequency rate, channel, volume) and advanced video settings (e.g. enable pixel format, set the quantiser scale and Lagrange factor).
Furthermore, you can set codec options, such as complexity, motion estimation, enable AIV and LOOP, and others.
The program uses a moderate quantity of system resources, includes a short help file and manages to complete a task in a reasonable amount of time. In addition, you can change the interface skin color.
All in all, YASA VOB to AVI Converter is a very good tool for encoding VOB to the AVI and other types of format and we strongly recommend it to all users.
