It’s easy to install, as is any other Windows gadget. The interface though is rather rough around the edges in terms of design. A nice thing about it is that it offers you a Winamp style visualization that responds to the rhythm of the track which is being played. It’s a random effect which you can’t control or customize, but can display in full screen mode.
92.3 Desktop Radio Station Gadget comes with a few features that make it possible to stream high quality audio. It can automatically detect the speed of your Internet connection, as well as allow you to manually select it. You can also have it use the default buffer or enter a custom one.
Right clicking the gadget brings out a context menu that allows you to play, pause or stop the streaming. You can also bring the volume up or down, but in order to do so you have to open the context menu, go to the volume section and then click up or down. That seems a bit too much work for such a simple task.
