AAC Cutter

AAC Cutter is a simple Windows utility whose only goal is to cut audio tracks with the AAC format into smaller pieces.
It comes bundled with a basic set of options that can be easily configured by all types of users.
Setting up the program is done quickly and with minimum effort. Its UI is made from a small window with an intuitive structure, which does not contain attractive visual elements but it is pretty easy to work with.
Pointing out an AAC file is possible using the file browser only, since drag-and-drop support is not featured.
All you have to do is move a slider and specify the start and end position while playing the track, in order to make a selection. Once the output directory and file name are set up, you can save the portion with the click of a button.
In addition, it is possible to play the marked selection within the main frame. There are no other notable options provided by AAC Cutter.
The program does not put a strain on computer performance, as it uses low CPU and RAM, so it does not hog system resources. However, AAC Cutter has not been updated for a long time, and it has some compatibility issues with later operating systems. Other than that, AAC Cutter can be used by anyone, regardless of previous experience with audio processing utilities.
