Accent Color Synchronizer Description
Windows 10 comes with numerous customization features that allow you change the appearance of your desktop and one of the hidden options is the accent color. While you have an extensive palette of colors at your disposal, unfortunately only the applications that have been made for the Universal Windows Platform benefit from this feature.
Accent Color Synchronizer is a small utility that allows you to synchronize accent color of your choice system-wise, regardless of whether they are from non-traditional programs that do not take on the Aero scheme.
Enables you to choose which color to synchronize
The setup is simple and straightforward, particularly as it entails decompressing the archive and launching the program. Although you can run it manually, you should know that the application comes with a convenient feature that enables you to auto-synchronize the color each time it detects changes applied to the color accent, when minimized to System Tray.
The program includes an advanced mode that permits you to tweak the RGB values for all colors that are supported by the program. As you would expect, the advanced mode comes with extra functions, such as active caption and active caption gradient. In addition, the utility allows you to change the fixed brightness value for some default system colors.
As a side note, you should keep in mind that there is a chance that the processing can cause some of the windows to flash when applying the changes if you are attempting to synchronize too many system colors.
You can switch back to the Aero scheme anytime you want
It is important to note that the program enables you to restore the default accent color if you are not satisfied with the results. Moreover, the application can also be run via command-line parameters, if you find it more convenient.
On the other hand, you should know that before you can restore to default, you should first access the Advanced mode and uncheck the extra functions available for the changes to take place.
A simple tool that allows you to synchronize your accent color
In the eventuality that you went through the effort to create a custom accent color that you would like to apply system-wide without any hassle, then perhaps Accent Color Synchronizer can lend you a hand.
