The application installs quickly and it sports a really clean and intuitive graphical interface that makes it easy to navigate through various sections.
It comes with an extensive settings menu that you can check out, if you need some guidance when using the application. The program is available in two languages, choose from English or German.

The first thing that you should do after launching the application is to create a database with all of your clients. You simply need to add the client number, description, address, ZIP, country, contact name, phone, fax and email.
You can add as many client entries and you can edit them at any time. It comes with the option to create invoices easily, simply add the billing items, delivery date, description, tax information and net price per item.
The application is filled with all sort of other document templates that you could use, including address labels, letters, order confirmations, purchase orders, payment reminders and bills of delivery.

More features and tools

The program allows you to import items or address data from other applications and you can export all data to various reports. Documents generated can be printed, sent as email attachment, and saved as .rtf files.
You can generate a summary invoice from the bill of delivery data of a certain time period. A mail merge function allows to generate circular letters by merging document templates with an entire list of addresses.
