Always On Top

Always On Top is a very lightweight application that targets users in need of a simple means of enabling topmost mode for open windows.
It is suited for a wide array of scenarios; one example is when you’re streaming a local webcam (inside a chat window) and you want to make sure you have uninterrupted access to the images. Third-party software such as Always On Top can arrange this for you.
Always On Top addresses the needs of users who are experiencing with applications that do not sport a ‘keep on top’ option and targets all audiences, on account of its simplicity.
First and foremost, the program does not require installation, as it is wrapped inside a portable package. This means you can use it from a removable drive and its runtime will not affect the settings of your computer.
The GUI is simple and intuitive, with four main buttons that cover all of its features; the only complaint regarding its appearance is the fact that the labels of the commands are a little blurry, probably because of the font.
In order to place an open window on top, you are required to press the button dedicated to this operation from the main GUI of the program, then to navigate to the preferred window and click it.
In order to revert the operation, you can use the ‘Return to Normal’ button. Other possibilities include enabling full screen for a certain window, which can be exited only by pressing the ‘Resize’ command.
Overall, Always On Top works as expected. All it needs is a few improvements in appearance.
