The real power of AppMaker is the speed at which tables can be added and the speed at which screens can be laid out. As well, each user of an AppMaker application has full control to further customize the presentation of the database.
Any existing database (MS Access, SQL Server, MySQL, or any ADO data source) can be imported into the AppMaker Developer Tool. AppMaker will automatically create edit screens based on the fields in the data source. Edit screens may also be customized using AppMakers simple, intuitive field ordering language.
The database may be imported at any stage of its development. Additions, changes or deletions of fields or tables may be made at any time in the development process. Edit screens are created in real-time; therefore, any new fields will automatically be inserted onto the edit screen without requiring cumbersome re-development of the edit screen.
