AutoBanIP Lite is a tool that watches for failed login attempts. After 3 failed logins in 10 minutes AutoBanIP Lite automatically bans offenders IP address from trying again. If you have an FTP server, odds are good someone is trying to break in. It does not take long for a hacker to write a program that tries to log into your FTP site trying hundreds if not thousands of common login IDs and passwords.
