AutoDoc Description

E-mail (PDF and HTML), fax (TIF), and store (PDF) printed documents exactly as they appear on print, including letterheads. Use color-coded (white) text in print to intelligently route the document to fax, e-mail, or file. Includes the ability to dynamically create fax cover pages and HTML e-mail bodies for documents processed. For accounting systems, marketing communications, and CRM applications. No more scanning documents for e-mailing and archiving, or waiting at the fax machine.
