Background Buddy Pro is one of the many, providing several handy options to customize the look and colors of your picture collection, to best fit your tastes. The tool comes with all the necessary files into a single folder, runs directly once the executable is clicked.
Make sure you have .NET Framework installed on the drive or updated, as it's required for the utility to start. It's wrapped into a self-explanatory and plain layout, which provides two separate tabs, background and options. The look is similar to the Windows Screensaver configuration window. For Background Buddy Pro to smoothly work, it's advisable to run the EXE file as an admin.

Pick the images you want as background

Once it's run, the configuration panel is brought up, along with the image browser so that you can test the tool right from the start.
