BestLogic Scan2PDF Professional OCR

BestLogic Scan2PDF Professional DELUXE is a simple to use application that enables you to import the images obtained from the paper scanner device and instantly convert them to PDF. You can easily import the images from the scanner, then add title, author, keywords, annotations and permit or prohibit printing.

Acquire scanner images

BestLogic Scan2PDF Professional DELUXE works with many types of scanning devices, including Twain Dialog, Feeder or Duplex. Also it is capable of measuring the images in centimeters or inches, according to which system is more convenient for you. Not only can you use the software to enable the paper scanner, but you may import images as well.
BestLogic Scan2PDF Professional DELUXE supports multiple images, in TIFF or TIF formats. You may choose to create a new PDF, append the pages to an existing document, or create a file after each scanning. When creating a self standing PDF, you may choose to include all the pages in a single document or create individual output files for each image.

Change file attributes

Before saving the file as a PDF, to the specified location, the software enables you to add password protection, author’s name, title, key words, subject and set printing permissions. Moreover, you can select the strength of PDF compression, by sliding the button towards high or none.
The software can store all the conversion jobs in an incorporated database and sort it by categories. Moreover, it allows you to create backups and save them in a special .MBK15! format, or extract information from such a file. You can view all the converted files in My PDF Files tab, by category or period of time in which they were created.
