Bichronizer Description
Everything revolves around time, and there’s barely enough of it to accomplish your daily tasks. However, you might just be interested in a particular event, which is far away, but you don’t want to forget about it. In this regard, Bichronizer comes with a clock and customizable tracker to remind you of particular dates.
Thorough time and date info displayed
The application doesn’t make any changes to system registry entries, so you can go ahead and have it deployed on a thumb drive in case you’re using different computers regularly. Note, however, that it requires .NET Framework, so it’s a good idea to check if it’s installed before taking it for a spin.
Some degree of liberty is provided when it comes to customization, even though the initial design can feel a little dull, or simplistic. A compact window shows up on launch, with an animated and real-time updating clock, as well as a sample event. Time is also displayed digitally, with the full date info as well.
Customize reminder date and interface
Accessing the personalization menu is where you can tweak various visual styles. These range from window title and clock brand name, to color schemes, and the target date itself. This latter item comes with a text tag, date, and hour variables to configure, and appear in the main window with an associated countdown timer.
More customization options make it possible to set an image file as a background, which can also be transparent, as well as colors for numbers, inner and outer clock circle, and each of the three indicators. Sadly, there’s no audio or message alert for when the countdown timer reaches zero, and the application needs to be manually added to the startup folder if you want it ready by the time you reach the desktop.
On an ending
All things considered, we can state that Bichronizer is a pretty straightforward reminder which only holds one item slot. Even so, it can be customized pretty well, and might just be the little tool you need for long-term, or daily events.
