Various customization options

Most of the main window space is taken up by the preview area. When countdown starts, the image plays an animation in which it is constantly revealed clockwise according to time. There are an abundance of preset pictures to choose from, but there’s also the possibility to pick from files, set a simple background picture, or a circle, which can be fitted with gradient colors.
Additional options you find besides customization allow you to maintain aspect ratio when window is resized, automatically hide controls when countdown starts, or keep the main window on top of everything else. What’s more, a large collection of sounds are found in an alert library.

Save labels, and preset timers

During countdown, the application hides in the tray area, and jumps back on the desktop when the time runs out. You can’t have a custom message displayed, but you can attach a label to the title bar, and even save them for later use.
There are three time slots to set an alarm, for hours, minutes, and seconds. Configurations can be saved so you can later on set specific alarms with a few mouse clicks. Sadly, the application can’t be made to run with Windows, unless you manually do so. On the other hand, you can work with multiple instances, so you don’t have to wait for a previous one to finish.
