cellAnalyst is an advanced image-mining tool in an exceptionally user-friendly package. Neither installing nor operating cellAnalyst will require technical expertise. cellAnalyst is designed to automate the analysis of digital images. It identifies cells within the image, computes their statistics, and saves the data for further processing. Thereafter, simple tools are used to retrieve relevant images and analysis data. Version 2 is a bug fixing release.
