Cendarsoft PDF Reader features a very simple user interface and all its features are easy to access. It does, however, lack drag and drop functionality and offers no documentation.
It should be noted that, during our test, it encountered problems opening certain PDF files. Also, attempting to load a password-protected document caused the program to crash.
