Additional options are available in the menu bar, where you can swap the source and output encoding types, store the encoding names to the clipboard (grouped or ungrouped), view system information, and configure UTF options, such as setting UTF-8 with or without BOM.

Although Character Encoding Converter hasn't been updated for a very long time, we haven't encountered any compatibility issues with Windows 10 in our testing.
