Contacts System is a reliable Microsoft Access database tool, which allows you to create and manage an address book for a multitude of contacts. Contacts System allows you to operate it in an easy and quick manner, thanks to the auto-save function. Thus, all you need to do is enter the data you wish to store and you can be sure that the software saves your entry.
The database tool is structured in four tabs, each allowing you to enter a specific type of information. As such, the first tab contains general details, the ones most often used in order to identify a person. Names, telephone numbers, email, addresses and additional notes can be entered in the first tab.
The second tab is reserved for business aspects, such as profession, company name, department and company contact details. The third tab contains several fields in which you may enter usernames/nicknames/emails the person uses on social networks.

Calendars and filter setting

The fourth tab contains an event organizer table, in which you can mark the important activities involving a specific person. You can mark the date, the name of the event and details.
The back and forward arrows allow you to easily navigate through the entries, in the calendar, as well as in the general address book. The powerful searching tool allows you to set filters and quickly identify contacts by several criteria.
