ContactScheduler-Free is an template that you can use to create a contact list and schedule them in available time blocks. It is suitable for any type of business and it works with Excel, thus it is very easy to use.
You can set the exact date and time for each contact visit and add up to 3 waiting lists rows for days when your schedule is full. Appointments can be set for as little as 15 min, up to 4 hours at a time.
Choose the duration, the contactÂ name and youre done!Â Additional contact information such as Phone and Email can be automatically displayed in a pop-up comment each time a contact is scheduled.
In addition, the e-mail reminders will help you remember every appointment you have and the Recurring Appointments sheet will help you set recurring visits. Up to 16 holidays can also be added, blocking out entire days, so avoiding scheduling conflicts is now easier than ever.System requirementsExcel 2007 or above
