Efficient Lady's Organizer Network

Efficient Lady's Organizer Network is a complex application which allows you to manage your daily agenda and share data over the local server, with other authorized users. The application allows you to create calendar entries, set reminders, desktop notes, assign tasks to individual team members, thus increasing the team’s productivity.

Comprehensive menu division

Efficient Lady's Organizer Network features a user-friendly interface which facilitates the access to every function of the application. Thus, the main area is where the items in the list are displayed, while the column on the left contains the tree structure of groups and subgroups. Its extensible nodes allow you to easily access the contents of a particular subgroup.
The lower left corner is where the categories are being displayed, so you may access various functions with just one click. Thus, you can view the events schedules for the current day, in a list or as markings in the calendar. The software also allows you to store contact details in a dedicated database. Moreover, you can view the list of events, tasks, diary entries or notes.

Additional functions and text editing

Efficient Lady's Organizer Network also allows you to create desktop notes, store passwords, mark favorite URLs and search for the desired entry in the database. The application allows you to create filters for the searching engine, in order to restrict the number of displayed results.
The ribbon at the top of the window contains the menus and specific commands, based on which category you are currently viewing. Moreover, each note, task, reminder, event or calendar entry can be created using a designated text editor, with specific fields, based on the category.

Data sharing and attachments

Efficient Lady's Organizer Network allows you to insert images and link files to an entry, if the category supports it. Moreover, the application is dedicated to data sharing and allows authorized users to remotely view, read and/or modify the data. Each entry in the agenda can be set, by the administrator, for public viewing or for a specific user.
