CoverBeats

CoverBeats is a user-friendly and efficient piece of software which is meant to help you find covers for your favorite songs on YouTube, and listen to them on your PC, without having to open your web browser and perform complex searches.
The program is fairly simple to work with, requiring however that you create an account within the application, and login every time you want to work with it.
CoverBeats allows you to input the keyword for your search and select the type of result that you want it to retrieve, namely 'Cover', 'Remix', 'Slow Edit' or 'Radio Edit', according to your preference at the moment. However, you will not be provided with suggestions as you would if you were using a browser.
At the same time, CoverBeats features a 'Go Indian' / 'Go International' button that enables you to get a specific type of results, either from India or from your geographical area. The utility lets you view the results in a list or in a grid, depending on whichever best meets your needs, as the latter displays a larger thumbnail image of the video.
When you have found the video or song that you want to listen, you can click on it, allowing you to play it as if you were using a regular Internet browser, featuring the same options (volume control, skip, replay, etc).
CoverBeats can only use YouTube as a search location, meaning that if there are other websites you might want to use, this tool will not be able to access them.
To conclude, CoverBeats is an interesting and useful application whose main function is to provide you with the ability of quickly finding a wide range of covers for your favorite songs, from other artists, be they famous or unknown.
