Crib Sheet

Crib Sheet is an interesting and quite useful piece of software whose main purpose is to help companies provide its employees with the same stock information, be it text or images, enabling them to paste it from clipboard without having to keep multiple documents and windows open to have access to the data.

Two-part application, for server and workstations

For starters, bear in mind that the program needs to be installed on the computer acting as server, so all workstations can connect to it and download the information to their PCs.
Crib Sheet is made up of two components, CSAdmin and CSWorker, the former allowing administrators to input and update stock information in the form of clipped text, images and graphics, while the latter enables employees to download the data and use it in their day to day activities.

Disseminate clipboard information for your company’s employees

To get started, you will need to launch CSAdmin and populate it with data. It can handle up to 550 clips in a sheet, and is made up of twenty sheets. As such, you can easily provide your workers with all the stock information that they need to reply to emails, fill in surveys or forms, for instance.
The administrator component's main window is made up of a yellow and a white area. In the yellow section, you can gradually copy the bits and piece of text, images or other graphics, then transfer them via drag and drop to the white region.
When you are done populating the sheets with clips you can use the ‘Signal All Workstations to Update Data’ feature and your employees will be able to download the clips to their workstation component, CSWorker, then start using it in their activities, pasting a piece of text automatically in a field or document after clicking on it in the corresponding cell, in Crib Sheet.
