DAQI for QuickBooks

DuoShare Address Quality Integrator periodically validates all customer, employee, vendor and other QuickBooks addresses with precision delivery point verification. Missing information is added, existing information is standardized and common mistakes are corrected. Optionally, and at no additional charge, address records are automatically updated when people and businesses move from one location to another. Interactive address validation checks addresses as they are entered on-the-fly. Bad addresses are identified, and can be reviewed and corrected using DuoShare provided messages and hint data. Mail Mode allows preparation of lists for mailing while QuickBooks users continue to enter data. Use DuoShare to perform all the necessary functions to qualify mailings for USPS Automation Rates, which are substantially lower than using a postage meter or stamps.
