When creating a new category, you need to specify the ‘Display Name’, the ‘Type’ (choosing ‘Folder’ or ‘Document’ from a drop-down menu), also inputting its ‘Default Path’.
Once done, it will automatically appear in the main window of Desktop Ghost Commander, so you can access the directory’s contents with a simple click on the title, while in the case of documents, these will be opened in their default software.
Other components that Desktop Ghost Commander provides you with include the ‘Multi-Rename Tool’, ‘Split File’ or ‘Combine File’, and several more, meant to assist you in working with your documents more easily.
