EAP

EAP is a complex software utility specifically designed to provide small or large companies with the means to maintain a database with client and employee documentation, as well as track activity by generating reports.

Create client records with just a few clicks

All the information you need to fill, edit or view is displayed on the main screen. The top part of the screen mainly consists of demographic information, such as client ID, full name, address, contact details, marital status and other relevant data. To create a new client, you can add as much or as little information you need to perform various functions.
Case creation or closing dates with the current date can be easily entered by right-clicking the textboxes in right side area of the main window. Also, most textboxes consist of picklists, allowing you to choose a value without typing.
At the bottom of the screen, you can view referral data and a checklist of the provided services that can be printed to make it easy for the client to check specific information.

Add client information automatically from data files

You can create case records with minimal typing effort by importing employee DAT files. In case you do not want to import all the contacts, you have the possibility to manually include the ones you want in the list or simply add the case record based on the employee you select. Once you select an employee, all data is automatically copied to the EAP system, thus saving you the trouble of manually inputting information. Pictures of employees in JPG, BMP or ICO formats can be displayed in order to remind case workers about clients.
From the User setup menu, you can display an on-screen reminder if you want to be alerted of cases that do not have activity and need to be closed out.
