Easy Time

Easy Time is a comprehensive and intuitive application that helps you create and keep track of important events, compose daily notes and tasks, and maintain appointments. The application lets you synchronize the system time via Internet or any other network with a time server, by selecting the appropriate country from the provided list.
It's wrapped in a well-organized and approachable layout showing the days of the week and memos on the left side of the panel, and the events agenda and word processor on the right part of the window. All the features are available from the systray icon.

Compose entries and appoint meetings

A wizard guides you through a few steps in order to create a new activity, such as choosing the type: single with only one date, repeatable, which is being scheduled periodically, and custom where you have to define your own parameters.
You can set advanced information for each record, like the date and time, if the event is active, name and subject, along with specific time intervals for notifications, and custom image and sound to signal upcoming celebrations.
The built-in calendar lets you enter upcoming occasions or day by day tasks. Notes can be imported from the computer in RTF and TXT formats, and written notations exported to a file and stored on the hard drive.

Customize the content of your records

A feature-rich word editor is offered to easily write a memorable adventure, an important and cherished memory, our any type of personal information. Some of the provided formatting elements are font types and styles, colors, bold, italic, and paragraph alignment, as well as insert bullet and number lists, sub and super script, and symbols. However, there is no option to add images so you can personalize your entries even more.
From the tray icon, you can enable the clock and change its appearance from the menu. The app comes with a multitude of classic and modern skins, along with the ability to set the opacity level, stay on top function, and change position. In addition, the diary and all the records may be backed up in case you encounter problems.
