Easy Trace package is a comprehensive application designed to help you create high-quality electronic maps out of their originals. This software enables you to process REAL materials – xerocopies, color press of low quality, shabby paper sheets and so on.
Not only vectorizing and mathematical framework forming are automated. We didnt forget about input of attributive data and elevation values as well as topology check-up.
There is even an exotic utility, which optimizes ready and topologically consistent vector models. It makes a vector map about 30% "leaner". The utility is very useful for data vectorized manually in AutoCAD or Microstation.We are particularly proud of our utilities for automatic object recognition and generation. They form even such unconventional objects as smooth polygons of swamps represented by strokes in the map.We paid special attention to means of effective team work, starting with cloning of a project-prototype and finishing with utilities for automatic merging of map sheets and control.Limitations in the unregistered versionthe size of loaded raster files cannot exceed 256 Kb (for black-and-white images);
the size of loaded raster images cannot be more than 2000x2000 px;
the number of vector layers cannot be more than 17;
each of the vector layers cannot contain more than 60 objects.
