Many music enthusiasts who like to play one or more instruments also use specialized utilities for timing music intervals and keeping their instruments in tune. For this reason, many tools of this kind are available on the software market and enable Encore is one of them.
This particular program is designed to play several roles and its interesting interface makes it even more appealing to the larger audiences. All the features are neatly placed inside the main window, which has a unique shape as it is not exactly the classical type of GUI.
There is a clear display, where all the information is displayed in an easy to read manner, so it is possible to check out the frequencies and notes when tuning an instrument. Picking the notes, styles, transposition and input type is a breeze, since enable Encore has dedicated functions for each of them. The controls are very simple and even though the buttons are quite small, they are placed in such a manner that they are visible at all times.
Once the instrument you picked is tuned according to your needs and personal preferences, with a simple mouse click you can switch to the metronome mode and use it for precisely timing the intervals when singing.
There are 12 accents and 6 sounds you can choose from when configuring the sound of the metronome and the BPM can be adjusted either by using one of the presets offered by enable Encore or manually, by typing in the desired value and then restarting the metronome.
