As you can see, FLV Cutter is quite a simple piece of software, so the lack of a help manual shouldn’t bother you too much. On the other hand, the lack of configuration options and the dull interface are clearly important drawbacks.
FLV Cutter runs smoothly regardless of the operating system, using just a reduced amount of hardware resources.
All things considered, FLV Cutter can easily serve its purpose and doesn’t affect system performance at all. Still, it’s pretty clear that it needs a lot of improvements, including a more user-friendly approach, a revised interface and a help manual that could lend a hand to users who are still trying to figure out the purpose of each tool.
