GetMyIP

GetMyIP is a tiny software utility which helps people find out their IP and all local addresses.
This utility can be downloaded in the form of a ZIP file, and can be used immediately after you extract its contents, as it is portable. This means you can bypass the installation process, copy the program files to a portable storage unit (e.g. USB flash drive), and use it on any computer you have access to, by simply clicking the executable.
Aside from that, it is important to keep in mind that the Windows registry and Start menu/screen are not going to suffer any changes, and there will be no leftover files upon GetMyIP’s removal from the HDD.
The interface sports a clean design, comprised of just a few buttons, and two boxes in which to display the IP addresses that interest you. In addition to that, it is intuitive, meaning it can be used by both novice and power users, with great ease.
Local IPs are going to be displayed instantly after launching the app, while your address requires you to click the “Get real IP” button. This usually comes up in a few seconds, yet you should know it might take more than that, depending on your computer’s performance and how strong your Internet connection is.
There are no Help contents integrated. However, seeing how simple it is to use this utility, it becomes apparent they are not actually needed. CPU and memory usage is minimal and our tests did not reveal any errors or crashes.
Taking all of this into consideration, it can be said GetMyIP is an efficient piece of software when you need to find out your real IP address, or the local ones.
