As far as the visual design is concerned, the interface is split in half, holding an interactive preview area, and a browser window for objects you work with.
The application can only read files created with its own set of features, so there’s little chance you have a sample at hand. You can work on multiple projects at a time, each one kept active in an individual tab for quick access.

Use chords and define empty tabs

Creating a new project can feel a little confusing at first, but it’s incredibly easy to get the hang of. Objects represented by preset chords and tabs need to be dragged over the main canvas. You’re free to move them anywhere you see fit. It could have used an option to add gridlines to make arrangement easier.

These can be edited, and you can even insert empty tablatures to manually define notes for your own songs. There’s the option to include text strings as well. Sadly, there are no options to export under common formats, or at least a picture.
