GT Invoice Maker Description

Create advanced professional invoices, packing slips, and labels easily.
The software runs and works on a real database, so you will be able to browse old invoices when needed.
Compatible with monitor resolution from 1024 x 768 and greater.
The Order Number is automatic to eliminate the possibility to have two different invoices with the same Order Number.
Can be set up to use these three different currency symbols (the Dollar, the Euro and the Pound).
The invoice can be translated into any language.
Be able to change the word TAX to any other tax word valid in your country (For example, VAT in Europe).
You will be able to easily set the invoices with your own company's logo, name and address.
When setting up your name and address you will be able to change the font size and color and even insert lines.
The software is a general purpose invoice creator that can be applied to any selling or servicing industry.
On Print Preview - you will be able to see the complete invoice, packing slip, and shipping label before printing it.
Customer's addresses, Sales Rep, Payment Method, Item Description, Shipping Method and Terms fields are pre-established by you and saved in the database. So will not be time consuming when making the invoices.
