This type of data organizing allows you to fill in the order forms much easier, since all you need to do is select the product from the menu. You may create individual tables for orders, as well as for stock alerts and view them both, in parallel, in the dashboard.
Moreover, the software allows you to create reminders, for important tasks or events. The orders table displays the tasks that are being processed or queued for being assessed. The data includes the name of the buying company, the type of purchase, the order date, due date, status, the total price and currency.

Products description and inventory monitor

Portable-ERP can automatically notify you when the stocks of products are running low, if you enable the option. The dedicated table indicates the level at which the alert goes off, the current amount of products still in stock, those currently on order and on purchase.
Portable-ERP allows you to browse through its interface and access the order, product or references tabs. Each window allows you to handle a different aspect of transactions: sales order, purchase orders, product price, discounts or inventory movement. The sheets are printable, which means the software allows you to send invoices to clients by mail.
