Membership Card Access:
Expired members are picked up instantly, concessions are deducted automatically.
Early bird members will be denied access later in the day.
When a card is used, staff are instantly presented with both on screen feedback and an aural cue as to the validity. No more clicking cards or manually recording details, a receptionist can simply listen for the "Access granted" or "Access denied" voice while continuing to perform other duties.
Group Emailing:
GymMaster has a full range of emailing features. Emails can be sent to groups, individual members or a selection of members that fulfill certain criterion. Emails can be automated to send on an event or periodically. For instance, a new member joins and is automatically sent a welcome message with their access details, or a monthly accounts report is automatically emailed to accounts.
Advanced Banking And Financial Controls:
GymMaster has the ability to monitor payments from your on line banking statements. This allows you take control of your own finances through a simple three click process. We tailor GymMaster to parse the payments recorded on your banking statements so you no longer have to enter them manually. This significantly reduces the processing time for bank account reconciliation
Point Of Sale:
Our easy to use Point Of Sale system is comprehensive yet compact so you don't have to go from screen to screen to assign a sale to a member. Tracking inventory is a breeze for administration and sales are automatically added to accounts. Point Of Sale processing is easy to set up and use. We can supply bar code scanners to further improve your point of sale system.
Reports:
There are a large range of predefined reports included with GymMaster as well the ability to create and customise reports for your specific needs. The reports are in standard formats and are compatible with most software sweets such as ms office and OpenOffice. They can be emailed automatically to the appropriate destination or used with the mail merge functions.
Compatibility:
