You don't have to go through an installation process before using it. Its core files can be extracted directly from an archive.  It provides an easy-to-learn menu, with basic features focused on achieving backups on demand. The software program also includes a backup scheduler that enables you to plan tasks at a specified date and time.

The application integrates with the Windows Task Scheduler, so you can schedule backups to run automatically. You can view a list of existing jobs and create new ones in separate windows. To define a new task, you must select one or more source folders and a destination path. iBackup can be set to create a new backup every few days, weeks, months or years.
