IconCool GIF Animator

IconCool GIF Animator is a simple-to-use program which allows you to create new GIF animations or edit your existing ones. It is designed for banners, buttons and other web-based graphical items.
The interface of the software is clean and pretty intuitive. You can create a new GIF file by specifying a project name, size and background properties (e.g. transparent, color).
So, you can use basic graphic editing tools, such as selection, movement, line, brush, oval, rectangle, color picker, text, paint bucket, and others.
But you can also manage layers, change the canvas size and apply filters (e.g. blur, noise, sharpen, 3D, artistic, pixelation), as well as save all frames and layers.
On top of that, you can apply video effects (e.g. entrance, pull, shutter, diffuse), make file associations, zoom in and out, rotate and flip pictures, merge and crop GIFs, and others.
The program requires a low amount of system resources, has a good response time, supports keyboard shortcuts and didn't freeze, crash or pop up errors during our tests. On the other hand, we weren't able to access the help file. Also, you cannot preview results in the unregistered version. We mainly recommend IconCool GIF Animator to experienced users.
