ImageCool Converter

It's wrapped in a well-structured and neat interface with three separate tabs, the folder tree, settings, and effects. The working area is large and accessible.
To start, just browse the location of the folder you want or drag and drop the image directly into the panel. The loading process time may vary from a PC to another. At the bottom of the screen, you can view all the contained files, which facilitates the editing process.

The supported picture formats for the open function are JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, and TIF. On the other hand, the app offers a wide range of image types for the conversion. Some of them are JPG, PDF, GIF, PSD, ICO, TGA, JP2 or WMF. A full list is shown, by accessing the input tab.
From the settings, you can also choose the output type (e.g. YUV 4:4:4, CieLAB 4:2:2), bits per pixel, quality, as well as resize the item, and pick it's destination folder. Other worth mentioning functions are thumbnail size, border, selection, and background colors, start directory and mode.

Apply filters and effects

In addition, the app lets you correct the color balance, brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, and luminance, by dragging the displayed sliders to the desired value.
